Here’s another article of interest from the Carnegie Moscow Center on the outlook for Russian foreign policy for the next 5 years by one of my favorite Russia specialists, Dmitri Trenin. To accompany it, here’s an older article, again from Fred Eidlin’s Misperception and Reality blog, questioning whether the Kremlin’s policy now lacks long-term strategic thinking.
